2. Return Window

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement unless otherwise required by applicable law.

- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must include original packaging, accessories, inserts, and any included components when applicable.

Because SilkWaven™ products are personal hair styling items, used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

- Items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or included components
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

- Gift cards, promotional items, or final sale items, if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase
- Packages returned without prior authorization from SilkWaven™ customer support

SilkWaven™ offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders, as described in our Shipping Policy.
If paid shipping, expedited shipping, or optional delivery upgrades are offered and selected at checkout, those shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved SilkWaven™ error, defective item, or incorrect item.
