No. SilkWaven™ is designed for heatless styling and does not require curling irons, hot wands, or heated styling tools.

Will SilkWaven™ work for every hair type?

Results may vary depending on hair type, length, texture, dampness level, wrapping method, styling products used, and routine consistency. SilkWaven™ does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

Is SilkWaven™ a medical or professional salon product?

No. SilkWaven™ Heatless Curling Set is a personal hair styling accessory. It is not a medical device, professional salon service, or guaranteed hair transformation treatment.

How should I use SilkWaven™?

For best use, wrap slightly damp or prepared hair around the curling set before resting, then remove it carefully after the styling period. Results depend on hair condition, wrapping technique, and personal routine.

Can I use SilkWaven™ on wet hair?

SilkWaven™ is generally intended for use on slightly damp or prepared hair, not soaking wet hair. Excess moisture may affect comfort, drying time, and styling results.

Can SilkWaven™ damage my hair?

SilkWaven™ is designed as a heatless alternative to hot tools. However, customers should use it responsibly and avoid excessive tension, pulling, or improper wrapping. Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, scalp sensitivity, or hair breakage occurs.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@silkwaven.com. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes may no longer be available.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by emailing support@silkwaven.com. If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at support@silkwaven.com. We will try to update the address before the order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started or the package has been handed to the carrier.

3. Shipping & Delivery Questions

Where does SilkWaven™ ship?

SilkWaven™ currently ships to customers within the United States. Orders must include a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received and verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is generally 5–12 business days. Total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is usually 6–15 business days.

Is shipping free?

SilkWaven™ offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Any available shipping cost or delivery option will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

How can I track my order?

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. In some cases, tracking may show limited updates while the package is in transit.

What if my package is delayed?

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or operational disruptions outside our direct control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at support@silkwaven.com.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

Please check your mailbox, front desk, reception area, building management, household members, and nearby delivery locations first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must generally be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include original packaging and components.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, email us at support@silkwaven.com with your full name, order number, email address used at checkout, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Are used items returnable?

Because SilkWaven™ products are personal hair styling items, used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to customer preference, wrong item ordered, change of mind, or similar reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SilkWaven™ will review the case and may provide an appropriate resolution if approved.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges may be available for eligible items depending on product availability and the condition of the returned item. Please contact customer support before sending anything back.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Please email us at support@silkwaven.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review your case and may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution if approved.

Do I need to return a damaged item?

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for review. In other cases, photos or videos may be sufficient. Please do not send any item back without prior authorization from SilkWaven™ customer support.

Does SilkWaven™ offer a warranty?

Yes. SilkWaven™ offers a 1-Year Limited International Warranty on eligible products purchased directly from silkwaven.com.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use, subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions in our Warranty Policy.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, stains, odors, discoloration after use, unauthorized modifications, lost items, personal preference, or styling results.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
