SilkWaven™ Heatless Curling Set is designed to support a gentle overnight styling routine without the use of hot tools. Individual styling results may vary depending on hair type, hair length, hair texture, dampness level, wrapping technique, product use, and routine consistency.

By purchasing from SilkWaven™, you agree to this Warranty Policy, as well as our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Terms of Service.

2. Warranty Coverage Period

SilkWaven™ offers a 1-Year Limited International Warranty on eligible products purchased directly from silkwaven.com.

The warranty period begins on the original order delivery date and remains valid for one year, subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions described in this policy.

Although SilkWaven™ currently ships to customers within the United States, warranty support may be reviewed for eligible purchases internationally where service is legally and logistically available. Warranty solutions may vary depending on location, product availability, and shipping feasibility.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

Examples of issues that may be covered include:

Warranty coverage is only available for products purchased directly through silkwaven.com. We may be unable to verify or support warranty claims for products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
